Most financial companies we approached would not lend solely on our home equity, even though our home was mortgage free. The Moritz Group found a lender for us. Finding the right lender enabled us to begin the process of buying a new home and selling our current home.

The logistics of our move was complicated by delays in securing a moving company. The Moritz Group stepped in to manage the timing and logistics of preparing our house for market. They completely relieved us of the time and worry of selling the house and allowed us to focus on the move to our new home. They secured contractors and created a calendar of events for each of the needed improvements and preparations. At the same time, they prepared and explained the blitz of paperwork required to make a sale in California.

Their professionalism was outstanding, and we felt they went above and beyond. They kept in constant communication, briefing us on each step of the process.
