"We write to give a strong endorsement to The Moritz Group. We engaged Ned and Mike Moritz to help us sell our house on Corinne Lane in Menlo Park, CA, after we decided to move out of state. Their performance from beginning to end was fantastic! We needed a bridge loan to enable the purchase of a new house before we sold our current one. Most financial companies we approached would not lend solely on our home equity, even though our home was mortgage free. The Moritz Group found a lender for us. Finding the right lender enabled us to begin the process of buying a new home and selling our current home.
The logistics of our move was complicated by delays in securing a moving company. The Moritz Group stepped in to manage the timing and logistics of preparing our house for market. They completely relieved us of the time and worry of selling the house and allowed us to focus on the move to our new home. They secured contractors and created a calendar of events for each of the needed improvements and preparations. At the same time, they prepared and explained the blitz of paperwork required to make a sale in California.
Their professionalism was outstanding, and we felt they went above and beyond. They kept in constant communication, briefing us on each step of the process. Their knowledge of the local market enabled us to establish a marketing plan that was perfect to get our house sold quickly and at a price we expected. They took the stress out of a process that could have overwhelmed us and enabled us to achieve our goals. And the best part was the pleasant demeanor they brought during the whole process.
Finally, their negotiating skills were excellent. During the short period (11 days) our house was on the market they dealt with multiple prospective buyers to deliver an offer that was tailored to our needs. We would strongly recommend Ned and Mike Moritz to anyone who is in the market to Sell or Buy a home in Silicon Valley!

I've moved my family five times. That gives me first-hand experience of the challenges my clients face. I also know how important it is to work with a realtor who is familiar with the area, can accurately measure property value, give good guidance for preparing the home for market and successfully negotiate for the buyer or seller.
I first moved to Menlo Park in 1979. Promotions and job assignments during my previous career took my family and I to other parts of the country, but each time we’ve returned to Menlo Park. Our children have attended both private and public schools in Menlo Park. My wife and I have been active in supporting the schools and several charitable organizations in the area. Our experience in the community enables me to share insights when selecting a neighborhood and a house.
