"Michelle helped me find my dream home, twice. With her exceptional professionalism, organization skills, responsiveness and negotiating skills, Michelle was not only able to help me get my dream house in an EXTREMELY competitive market, but she also helped me navigate a difficult situation when I was trying to sell my home at a great price. I met Michelle at an open house in Ridgewood in 2018 when I was looking to buy a house in Bergen county. I had been looking for 3 years all over New Jersey but because our expectations were probably on the unrealistic side for the price we were willing to pay, we had gone through many realtors and had no luck finding what we wanted. Once we met Michelle, she listened to our needs and started showing us the houses we wanted to see from our independent searches and she very quickly picked up on our likes/dislikes and started to show us other suggestions in the area. We had a few weekends of house showing marathons and Michelle was not only really organized, but she also had an amazing attitude in the process. After a few weekends of searching, she suggested Franklin Lakes, which we had not considered as an option before. After one weekend of looking in Franklin Lakes we found a gorgeous house that was far beyond what we had ever dreamed of....but the price was a bit out of reach for us....so we decided not to pursue. We had given up hope at that point and had started to adjust our expectations for what we could realistically get, however Michelle had done her due diligence and had many discussions with the sellers realtor and encouraged us to put an offer in for a price we are willing to pay. Based on her advice, we did, not thinking it would be accepted as it was far below the asking price and to our surprise our offer was accepted and we enjoyed 4 years in that beautiful home, where we also welcomed our firstborn. This summer we had to sell the home because of personal reasons and I had to get a lot done and move very quickly to get the house ready. Michelle helped me get organized, enlisted a team of people to help me and also gave me tips on how to prioritize what needed to get done. She of course did her research and advised on how much to list the house for. Following her advice, I was able to get the house ready for showing in a few days and after our first open house we had 12 offers, with a handful that were in cash and very competitive terms. Although I was planning to rent for a while, because of the current competitive housing market, Michelle kept an eye out for me in areas where I had expressed I’d eventually want to buy next and within 2 weeks after selling my Franklin Lakes home, Michelle found me my dream home in Glen Ridge. Glen Ridge is a very different market from Franklin Lakes but I knew I was in good hands with Michelle. I was dealing with a competitive bid process and I was able to get the house (although I had very tough competition) because Michelle not only advised me on how to structure the offer, but she also used her exceptional negotiation skills to help me get the house – I wasn’t even the highest bidder! I am so happy I found Michelle and would 100% recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell a home in any area of NJ. She is absolutely wonderful.""
