Char and Binni first met in 1989 when Binni moved to Ipswich and they became neighbors. When she was just seven, Char wandered over to meet Binni and her two small toddlers and a great friendship was formed. "Watching Char grow up into the incredible human being she is has been a privilege," says Binni, "As soon as she came to talk to me about a career in real estate, I knew I wanted to work with her.
