Dawn Thomas
Dawn grew up in Monterey County and attended the University of San Francisco where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems. She spent some time in “Corporate America” in sales and negotiations and quickly discovered that her chosen career path had left her unfulfilled. Dawn realized how important it is for her to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives. She discovered that real estate is the perfect fit for her because it allows her to use her skills and expertise while connecting with and helping people on a very personal level. For her, nothing is more rewarding.

Chuck Holcomb
Born and raised in Los Gatos, Chuck boasts a uniquely diverse skillset, bolstered by an extensive business background. With an early career founded in large-scale agribusiness, the Silicon Valley native skillfully handled supply chain management and contract negotiations before leading large scale capital projects focused on improving infrastructure. The Cal Poly alum spent a tenure leading management teams of all sizes, coaching staff to be competitive in the marketplace and systematically work toward a common goal. Excelling at educating and creating value, he skillfully leveraged each opportunity to the benefit of his team and clients.
Today, Chuck is still driven by the same desire to provide solutions for a spectrum of clients. Known for being exceedingly dedicated and meticulous in his approach, he brings his own personal blend of integrity, loyalty, and honesty to each relationship and transaction.
