"We had an amazing experience working with Daren and Randy from the 2 Rivers Team! Having recently accepted a job in DC and committing to move to a new city that we had never once visited, house hunting could have been a daunting and scary endeavor. From the very first conversation we had with Daren and Randy, our minds were put at ease. They were incredibly understanding of our situation and were genuinely excited for us and the move. They took the time to get to know us and immediately got to work on finding us a home, even though we were still in another state. On a weekend visit to DC, Daren drove us around to several condo showings, doubling as a knowledgeable tour guide describing the various neighborhoods and pointing out notable landmarks. Our visit was brief and unfortunately we were not able to find the right condo, but Daren and Randy kept visiting condos on our behalf, calling us over FaceTime to view the properties virtually. They were not only extremely friendly and fun to meet with, but they were also very thoughtful and critical of the properties we viewed remotely. To highlight one example of their meticulousness, during a visit to a new condo building they went to 5 or 6 units, splitting up so one of them could jump up and down while the other was in the lower unit to test the noise level (their idea).
