About Brandon
Born and raised in Chevy Chase, Maryland, Brandon Warner has lived in the
District, Maryland, Virginia(DMV) area his entire life. Coming from the
area equips Brandon with an incredible wealth of knowledge about the region
and the truly invaluable perspective of a born and bred local. "Being from
the area gives me a perspective that is extremely valuable to my clients,
especially clients newer to DC.”
Buying a home for the first time is one of life’s big checkpoints. Brandon’s knowledge of the DMV, coupled with the work he does to understand each clients’ needs, helps him excel at making a seemingly confusing process almost elementary. “I enjoy being the reason people are having a good time! So part of what I do with buyers, is make sure I take on the stress and navigate the tougher parts of deals, this keeps the good times rolling for my clients in the meantime!”
Brandon has also cultivated a vast network from volunteering and being an active participant with many LGBTQ organizations. Some of the many charities who have benefited from the work Brandon has done include SMYAL, DC Scores, and The Thurgood Marshall Center Trust. One of Brandon’s passions is soccer. In 2018, Brandon and his team had the incredible experience of playing in the Gay Games held in Paris, France where they won the Silver Medal. "It's wonderful to be able to walk around and know so many people. DC has everything any other major city has, but retains a small town feel. This creates a really rich sense of community and I enjoy sharing the love I have for DC with my clients. I've worked really hard to build my reputation locally and to foster great relationships with colleagues in every lane of the real estate industry. Because of this, in a business built on relationships, familiarity and name recognition being critical, I can better serve my clients."
