Yes. Whether you're financing a higher-priced home or need a loan designed for a unique financial situation, Preferred Pricing may be available. Eligible Jumbo, Bank Statement, Interest-Only, DSCR, and Non-QM loans receive a lender-paid credit equal to 0.25% of the loan amount.
Clients who finance with Rocket Mortgage and either (a) purchase a home using a Compass agent or Compass-affiliated brokerage agent, or (b) are introduced to Rocket Mortgage through a Compass agent or Compass-affiliated listing agent, are eligible for one of two offers from Rocket Mortgage: (1) a 1% interest rate reduction for the first year of the loan, or (2) a lender-paid credit of 0.75% of the loan amount, up to $6,000.
