Whitney Conkling is a native Houstonian and a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience across three of the nation’s most competitive markets—New York City, Boston, and Houston. With more than 500 successful transactions under her belt, Whitney has built a reputation for her deep market knowledge, keen negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to her clients.

Her real estate journey began in Boston while pursuing a BFA at the Boston Conservatory. What started as a side job helping fellow students find apartments quickly became a passion. She went on to build a thriving career in New York City, where she worked on one of the top-producing real estate teams in the nation. After a decade in the fast-paced NYC market, Whitney returned home to Houston, where she partnered with her sister-in-law, Rachel Conkling, to form The Conkling Group—a powerhouse real estate team specializing in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Houston’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Whitney has worked with a diverse clientele, from first-time homebuyers to high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.
