Whitney Conkling is a native Houstonian and a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience across three of the nation's most competitive markets-New York City, Boston, and Houston.

With more than 500 successful transactions under her belt and recently named to the Houston Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 Class of 2025, Whitney has built a reputation for her deep market knowledge, keen negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to her clients.

Her real estate journey began in Boston while pursuing a BFA at the Boston Conservatory. What started as a side job helping fellow students find apartments quickly became a passion. She went on to build a thriving career in New York City, where she worked on one of the top-producing real estate teams in the nation. After a decade in the fast-paced NYC market, Whitney returned home to Houston, where she partnered with her sister-in-law, Rachel Conkling, to form The Conkling Group—a powerhouse real estate team specializing in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Houston's most sought-after neighborhoods.

Whitney has worked with a diverse clientele, from first-time homebuyers to high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.
