When you are doing what you love, it’s all that you need. Teresa joined the world of residential real estate in 2002 when the world had stopped due to 9/11. Even though times were tough, the process of buying and selling homes was still a positive, happy place to be. She quickly realized that she was doing what she was supposed to be doing.

The main reason Teresa loves this business is the people. What an incredible opportunity to meet and befriend so many interesting people from all walks of life. They are building a home together, but they are mostly building memories and her goal is that the time spent together leaves clients with a rich experience that is fondly remembered.

Born and bred in the Triangle area, Teresa has never been enticed to live anywhere else. This is home and she is excited to see the growth and change that this area continues to experience. A true Carolina blue grad, she raised a daughter and son who are wolf packs. How did that happen?
