Stephanie Fedor combines nearly two decades of Chicago living with a passion for real estate, hospitality and love for this great city. Stephanie’s career began in 2005 in sales and hospitality, where she quickly learned the power of accountability, hard work and delivering on every promise. She started her career in advertising at DDB Chicago and later sold wine for a top distribution company with over 2000 wines and 250 spirits. Stephanie built a reputation for being a reliable partner who goes above and beyond. These experiences shaped her client-first philosophy in real estate: whether buying, selling, or investing, Stephanie ensures her clients feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.

Originally from Covington, Kentucky, Stephanie studied Journalism and Business at Indiana University before making Chicago her home. Outside of real estate, she can be found enjoying the best of the city—catching a Blackhawks game at the United Center, exploring the latest restaurants, sailing on Lake Michigan and enjoying all the little things that make Chicago sparkle.
