About Sarah
In her more than 25 years of experience in all facets of the New York City real estate market, Sarah has earned a distinguished reputation among her clients and peers as a highly knowledgeable, diligent, and professional member of each team with which she collaborates. She has played an integral role in the pre-development, marketing, and sales processes for more than 40 highly successful new development projects. Her vast portfolio includes such noteworthy developments as 40 Bleecker Street Noho & Greenwich Village’s 215 Sullivan with Broad Street Development;1 Prospect Park West in Park slope developed by Sugar Hill Capital; Brooklyn Heights' Quay Tower, developed in partnership by RAL Development Services, Oliver's Realty Group, and Vanke US; Williamsburg's Sixth & Meyer, developed by AVO; 172 North 10th, 170 North 11th and 165 North 10th developed by KSK. Her extensive market knowledge and insight, excellent communication skills, passion for real estate, knowledge of construction and experiences in executive leadership skills have allowed her to plan, implement, and oversee dynamic and effective pre-development planning, marketing and sales strategies with a proven track record of driving value while creating long-lasting, trusted relationships with developers, clients, and buyers alike. 

Before joining Compass in 2022 Sarah was part of the leadership team at a national brokerage firm, with her most recent role of Regional Managing Director. Prior to her years there she was a Senior Vice President of The Developer's Group, where she oversaw projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, including The EDGE, developed by Douglaston Development and One Brooklyn Bridge Park developed by RAL, and was instrumental in accelerating the company's growth and success.

Having moved to the Big Apple in 1994 to pursue her education at NYU, Sarah fell in love with the city's energy, and formed a deep rooted connection with many of the vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn.   After Graduating with a BFA in 1997, she quickly realized that her true passion lay in the ever-evolving world of real estate. 

She thrives on the thrill of witnessing the dynamic skyline of New York City and Brooklyn transform, as architectural symphonies rise from mere blueprints to become cherished homes. With a keen eye for materials and craftsmanship Sarah is able to guide her clients through the intricate process of buying, selling and developing property from concept to completion.  Recognized by Real Trends and The Thousand as one of the top individual agents nationwide, she consistently was in the top 10 individual agent rankings at her previous firm,  which are testaments to her unparalleled market knowledge and her ability to navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape.

Beyond her professional success, Sarah has lived in Williamsburg Brooklyn since the early 2000’s with her two children and husband.   A devoted dog lover, she can often be found exploring the city's parks with her furry companion by her side. Sarah's artistic side shines through her passion for painting, while her keen interest in interior design and architecture allows her to see and appreciate the beauty in every home she encounters. As a self-confessed closeted crime junkie, she always has a captivating true crime podcast on rotation.
