Marybeth Gilmartin-Baugher

Born and raised in Boston, Marybeth Gilmartin-Baugher brings a local’s perspective to her work with Compass, having lived in the Greenwich area for more than two decades. In addition to her deep New England roots, Marybeth is an experienced entrepreneur: Prior to her career in real estate, she built one of the most reputable boutique executive search firms in the country from the ground up, producing consistently strong results across all economic cycles. That critical management experience allowed her to develop and maintain high-level relationships with a wide range of top investment banks and family offices that continue to pay off for her clients today.

Loyal, ethical, and discrete, buyers and sellers are often quick to praise her honesty and sharp intuition when working on their behalf. Through a combination of charisma and kindness, she always strives to provide elite-level service, and knows how to deliver. Marybeth is also remarkably at ease with high net worth clients, thanks to years of representing many of the world’s largest financial institutions. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she studied Political Science, she is a proud mother of a Division 1 athlete and Honors student, and an avid supporter of her son’s lacrosse team. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for the Greenwich Historical Society and is a devoted member of the Nantucket Island Chapter of the American Ireland Fund.
