"Mark is an absolute pleasure to work with! His immediate goal was to determine what we wanted in a home and to help us find the perfect fit. Mark's expert knowledge of the Hamptons neighborhoods and his local real estate market knowledge is second to none. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Hamptons." - NM

"Mark was tremendously helpful during the entirety of my home-buying experience. He thoughtfully listened to my preferences based on my limited knowledge of what would be available to me within my budget during the thick of the pandemic. Mark quickly honed in on several properties he thought I would like and sure enough, I put an offer down on my current spot on Horatio St. in the West Village. Mark recommended a loan agent to me and diligently moved the purchase process along, helping me gather the necessary documents and approvals as a first-time homebuyer. You bet I will be working with Mark again in the future!" - TL

"Mark was fantastic. He knows the Sag Harbor real estate market inside and out. He found us a beautiful traditional home in a prime location that needed some vision to reach its full potential but he knew it had a lot of hidden value. He was a savvy, first-rate negotiator. Moreover, Mark was fast and reliable throughout the entire process. He knew how to navigate local rules and regulations and still today is a reliable source for home ownership questions and services that arise." - BW

"Mark possesses a deep understanding of real estate and most importantly the human component of getting a perfect match of homeowner to home. That is why he is such a pro at selling a property or finding the perfect home. Mark is smart, savvy and down to earth. He stays fully apprised of market trajectories and eccentricities. He is a skilled and first-rate negotiator. He also has an eye for detail that is unsurpassed in anyone I have ever worked with. Mark is just the best." - CF
