About Lance
Before jumping into Real Estate, Lance started his professional career in Chicago politics. Working on numerous political campaigns-- ranging from Alderperson to Governor. It’s that background Lance attributes to his success in Real Estate, “It really helped me understand the various Chicago neighborhoods on a personal level. In a city with so many diverse neighborhoods, meeting the residents on the ground and learning about what really matters to them is invaluable knowledge.”
Lance got his Real Estate Broker License while studying Political Science and Economics at DePaul University, and started leasing apartments throughout the city of Chicago. Since getting his license Lance has gained experience in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Working on both residential and commercial projects, Lance currently focuses on the residential market in neighborhoods on the North and West sides of the city, in addition to the Northern and Western suburbs.
Lance enjoys working for his clients-- many of whom have evolved into friends over time-- to sell their homes, as well as aiding them in finding that perfect new-to-them place! As a native of the Chicagoland area who has extensive knowledge of many of its neighborhoods, Lance enjoys educating his clients about what is unique about each, helping them decide which one is best suited for them.
