Kris has made over sixteen moves throughout her lifetime with the last move relocating her family from Europe to the Charlotte area in 2016. Relocating to a new state or county is never easy, but she understands personally what goes into a move from start to finish making every transaction as seamless as possible.
Kris is originally from Detroit, Michigan where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and Master of Arts in Education from Saginaw Valley State University. She worked in the retail industry, then as a high school teacher in Washington DC, and later taught English to students in Russia while living overseas. In addition to relocation, Kris is also a NC/SC listing and buyer's agent, and has grown a successful business in Charlotte based on past client referrals.

Kris offers pre-listing concierge services that includes staging, landscaping, painting, or organizing as well as has an extensive list of contractors available to both her buyers and sellers. Kris is married with four children and has a goldendoodle named Magnolia. In her spare time she enjoys cooking/baking, being outdoors, and visiting her daughter at the College of Charleston or her son at the University of South Carolina. After helping a client both buy a new home and sell his existing home he said, "Kris is absolutely stellar," and she promises to live by that with each and every client she has the opportunity to serve.
