Following his education at UCLA Jerry quickly obtained status as a top-performing agent and managing director for an executive search firm in Los Angeles. Next, he became a senior marketing executive for a large Los Angeles order fulfillment company. In 1994, Jerry relocated to San Diego, raised a family, and served as CEO to a high-volume national distribution company based in Carlsbad. He excelled within sales and marketing, government contract negotiations, and corporate accounting environments. It was during this time that Jerry leveraged corporate cash holdings to fund short term real estate investments to a network of clients. Following success in real estate transactions, he sold his stock and has since spent years selling luxury real estate in coastal San Diego.
