Hi, I'm Faride! Originally from Mexico, I grew up in the beautiful Skagit Valley and, after moving to Seattle for school (Go Dawgs!), made this city my home. With a background in Business Administration and over a decade of experience in State, County, and City government, I developed a strong understanding of policies, regulations, and community development—insight that deeply shapes my real estate approach.

My journey into real estate started over five years ago while navigating the homebuying process for the first time. What began as a learning experience quickly turned into a passion for building long-term financial stability through homeownership and investing. Since then, I’ve embraced the HouseHack strategy, turning three properties into five rental units—an experience that’s shaped how I support clients in finding creative ways to grow their wealth through real estate.

Along the way, I helped launch NW Crew Construction, a team focused on cosmetic home rehabs. Working side by side with contractors gave me a practical lens on remodeling and design—insight that now helps clients make smart renovation decisions that add value.
