A top closing agent since 2016 and founder of the Pardo Calistri Group, Emma Yepsen Pardo is a results-driven Realtor committed to grasping her clients’ home buying or selling dreams and making them a reality. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury and pre-construction real estate throughout the greater Tampa Bay area, with a focus on residential real estate in South Tampa, City of Tampa, Downtown Tampa and Channelside, St. Petersburg, the Beaches, Riverview and Eastern Hillsborough County, and Wesley Chapel.

With almost a decade working in digital marketing for TV news in New York and Florida, Emma is an expert in the research, ideation, and strategic development of wide-spread marketing efforts, giving her a leg up as she markets and sells real estate. Emma lives in South Tampa with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys being out and about in the city, trying new restaurants, checking out festivals and events, and going to parks and beaches. She stays active through walking, running, and biking.
