About Donna
Donna Nikic Team of Compass

As a lifelong Westchester County resident and seasoned real estate professional, I bring deep local insight, industry expertise, and a personal commitment to every client relationship. I’m proud to have earned my clients’ trust by consistently exceeding expectations, with a hands-on, strategic approach that prioritizes their goals at every stage.

With a background in new construction and building, I offer a unique perspective that goes beyond the surface of a home. Whether buying or selling, I help clients see potential, navigate complexities, and make confident decisions. My Certified Buyer Representative designation, along with years of experience in both luxury and new construction sales, allows me to deliver added value with precision and care.

Prior to residential real estate, I served as Vice President at a national retail real estate consulting firm, managing client portfolios across the country. That high-level experience continues to inform my results-driven approach, which has earned me both Gold and Platinum sales recognition year after year.

What truly sets me apart is the personal attention I give each client, I treat every transaction as if it were my own. I believe in building relationships that last well beyond the closing table.

I live in Croton-on-Hudson with my husband, children, and our dog, Max. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking local trails, experimenting in the kitchen, or planning our next family adventure. I love a good conversation, whether it’s about real estate, gardening, great food, or travel, and I value the connections that grow naturally from simply listening. My clients often become lifelong friends, and to me, that’s the most rewarding part of what I do.
