About Bertha
Bertha has devoted her full-time professionalism to Bay Area communities. She has a diverse
background of professional experience in many fields ranging from governmental, educational, and
social agencies. Key roles have been a counselor for a local non-profit agency, property manager for a 29
unit building in Burlingame and other rental properties throughout the Peninsula, which introduced her
to real estate.
In 1999, she obtained her Real Estate license and since has assisted clients in the Peninsula and San Francisco Areas in different facets. She has built her business on communication, dedication, and transparency. Her fluency in Spanish has added to her success and ability to service many clients. Bertha has supported top producing agents with coordinating the myriad details of the escrow paperwork. Bertha has basically seen it all and is there at every step of the way to handle one of the most important milestones you can have. Her extensive background in the sales and planning contribute to her expertise as a Real Estate Professional. She knows the ends of the contracts and is a strong negotiator. Bertha works tirelessly to meet her client’s needs. Her support doesn’t end with the closing, she is available for her clients well after the transaction has closed. Building relationships is her passion. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 1996 with a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology and Counseling.
Bertha and her husband have lived in San Francisco, Burlingame, and currently in San Mateo. They have 4 children, 2 of which are living in San Bruno. Bertha has dedicated many hours volunteering at the schools they attended. She donated her time to the Art in Action program, served in Sunnybrae’s School Site Council, and helped at Fiesta Gardens. Among her hobbies are scrapbooking, taking pictures, and spending time with her children on outdoors activities. Bertha’s commitment to her family translates into her ability to provide valuable and lasting relationships with her clients.
