Andrew Oliver

Andrew Oliver was born in London, moved to Marblehead, MA in 1993, and has been a Naples resident since 2018.

He is known for producing the most comprehensive and informed statistics and commentary on the real estate market, property taxes, mortgage rates, and anything else that influences real estate decisions.

Andrew’s passion for real estate has allowed him to buy and sell all types of property: condos, commercial and investment property, and single-family homes, from starter to oceanfront.

He is a firm believer in the team concept, believing that a group of people working together can achieve more than they would on their own. In real estate that means being in a position to offer a much better service to clients, and he is delighted to be part of the Feins Group at Compass.

Prior to real estate, Andrew's career was in investment banking, working as both a research analyst and investment banker. He managed offices in London, Singapore, and Boston, and started Oliver Securities which he sold to KBW. 

Andrew was in the World Trade Center in 1993 when the bomb went off, and also on the afternoon before 9/11 when 67 members of KBW died. He decided to retire after this and focus on his work as President of Lifebridge in Salem, whose plans for ending homelessness were described as "a model for the nation."

In 2014, he was appointed a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) for "services to homelessness in the United States," and received the honour from H.M. The Queen at Buckingham Palace.

He received his B.A. and M.A. from Oxford University, and completed his M.B.A. from the European Business School, Barcelona, in 2021.
