"Martha & Gretchen were extremely helpful with my first home purchase. I originally teamed up with them for their experience buying and selling in a specific building. They ended up being a great resource for finding a lender and an inspector too. I appreciated their patience while we waited for just the right unit for me. They were very fast and detailed with their responses. They also help me negotiate a credit due to issues discovered during the inspection. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again if I ever leave my perfect condo!"

"I cannot recommend Gretchen and Martha enough, what a dynamic duo! As a first time buyer, they couldn't have been more supportive in educating me in the process, providing me with the resources (and reminders!) that worked best for me along the way, and flexing their competitive, knowledgeable muscles in successfully negotiating an incredible home for me. They complemented each other well and I loved that they each had had experiences in multiple phases of home ownership themselves, and savvy business skills that made it easy to work with them. I am happily settled in my home but honestly miss my home search with them, and would jump at the chance to partner again! Thank you, ladies! Best wishes to anyone out there looking for a new home, you'll find something wonderful!"

"If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Seattle area - Gretchen and Martha are your people. Their knowledge of the market and the entire Seattle area is like no other. They were ten steps ahead of us through the whole process and were realistic with us about the extremely competitive market we are in right now. Most importantly they were patient with us and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we felt supported as their clients. For buyers relocating and looking from a distance, which we did - they did a fantastic job of educating us on each neighborhood in the area we were looking at (pros and cons) and each house; making sure we felt like we knew the house virtually as soon as it hit the market, before taking the time and effort to see it in person in the quick paced market. We will definitely be using them to sell our home, but hopefully not any time soon because we absolutely LOVE it!"

"We found our realtors for life! Gretchen and Martha helped us with the sale of our old home as well as the purchase of our new home. They are equally fantastic on both sides of the deal and could not be happier with how things worked out. They were able to navigate an extremely competitive market and landed us our dream home, beating out offers with escalation clauses! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell."

"Gretchen and Martha are realtor unicorns. They not only work so hard to make the experience as smooth and seamless as possible, but they really buy into the change you are bringing about and they WANT it for you. They are savvy and experienced; helping make it all happen with professionalism , warmth, and fun. Gretchen even drove 2 hours out of town with me to scout homes on Hood Canal, and boy did we bag a winner! It felt like a partnership the whole way. I couldn’t recommend more highly!"

They are seamless in their approach and I felt so supported throughout the entire homebuying process and experience. Honestly, I can't imagine working with anyone else when it comes to real estate!"
