Katie Bader

Born and raised Orlando, Katie worked to become the youngest Director of Sales for a large country club portfolio throughout Central Florida. Over time, her nagging passion for real estate and design led her to Dallas in 2013. Ever since, she's been buzzing around DFW with buyers and sellers of all kinds, some now on their third and fourth transaction together. Her decade in hospitality management laid the foundation for the level of service she extends. Watching her clients develop and grow their families is her favorite part. 

Katie has extensive knowledge of renovation logistics, cost and design. She has personally designed and completed multiple large-scale renovations and can help match her clients with similar personal or investment projects. She see's Dallas as a land of great opportunity for smart real estate investing - always with an emphasis on quality. 

Some of her favorite transactions are those when she’s able to match her buyer clients with the un-expected property. “Most buyers know, or at least think they know precisely what they’re looking for. Successfully pairing shoppers with an architectural style or neighborhood they hadn’t yet considered is such a fulfilling experience.”

When looking to sell, adding value is one of her strengths. Sellers ready to list their home can rely heavily on Katie to correctly prep their home for absolute top dollar. She thrives in the trenches of transformations - small or large, and loves to help her clients properties meet their full potential.
