Terrence Chan

Terrence was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated with an Accounting degree from San Francisco State University. Upon graduation he worked as an internal audit & accounting system implementation consultant and went on to receive his CPA license. After several years of working in accounting he decided to follow his passion and went into the wonderful world of real estate.
