As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), she’s had extensive training in how to work with appraisers, price properties, create CMAs and guide clients through the home valuation process. Likewise, Luana is a graduate of the New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) Academy, where she learned specific strategies for pricing and selling newly developed residences. She’s also a member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors.
