Laura Morningstar

I was born and raised in Menlo Park, CA and truly never thought another city would feel like home. I moved to Boulder in 1993 to attend the University of Colorado and fell in love with the mountains, warm summer nights and close-knit community. 

I started working in real estate in 1998 and was licensed in 2000. My passion for architecture and interior design quickly translated into a desire to help people find a place to call home. I helped to create a residential construction company in 2006 in order to build high quality, environmentally conscious homes. 

I believe buying, selling, building and investing in real estate is inspiring and exciting. It can also be stressful and overwhelming. As a broker, I strive to facilitate successful, stress-free transactions for my clients.
