Kelsey Hampton

Kansas City native and most recently a former Tennessee resident, Kelsey Hampton joined Spears Group in 2022 with a background job recruiting where she mastered coordinating clients with careers best fitting their individual skillsets.  Her deep desire to combine her passion for design and her mission to affect lives led her to the real estate field. After vacationing for several years in the Historic 30A area, the lure of crystal sands, emerald waters, and beach town community drew this inland native to the shore. Her multifaceted portfolio of work ethic, positivity, and relationship building weave seamlessly with the precepts that set Spears Group apart in the landscape of realty investing.

Kelsey enjoys being outside, yoga, and spending time on the beach with friends and family. As a self-proclaimed “foodie,” she loves exploring this eclectic  area for new restaurants and local spots. Close to her heart is supporting volunteering for a high school mentorship program called Young Life.
