About Josh
Josh was born and raised in West St. Louis County and has been involved in the housing/real estate industry his entire life. After graduating from Quincy University in 2005, Josh joined his father in their family business- high-end remodeling and home building, which has been around for 40-plus years. At the same time, due to Josh’s love and enthusiasm for real estate, he received his real estate license and 15-plus years later is still buying and selling homes all over the St. Louis Metro Area.
As a full-time real estate professional, Josh is known for his great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. He is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers and buyers throughout one of the most important investments in one's life!
