Dylan Maddox

As a Baltimore native, Dylan Maddox is well-versed in all of the benefits the area has to offer. Born and raised in the Charles Village and Wyman Park neighborhoods to two artist parents, Dylan was exposed to the world of art academia. After graduating from Baltimore City’s renowned pre-professional high school, Baltimore School for the Arts, with a major in visual arts and concentration in painting, Dylanmatriculated to Virginia Commonwealth University’s Art School. At VCU Dylan studied art history and broadened her artistic scope of craft material studies by exploring woodworking and furniture design. All of her academic ventures have been strongly rooted in the arts, with a specialized focus on material preservation, both 3D and 2D. 

After many years working as both a professional artist and inthe world of hospitality, Dylan chose to combine her love of architecture and design with her magnetic people skills to pursue a career in real estate. Dylan’s attentiveness and creativeness have allowed her to excite her clients with visionary ideas. In the first eight months of her career, Dylan was selected as one of Baltimore Real Producers’ 30-Under-30 Honorees. Aside from helping her clients find innovative ways to envision Baltimore’s architectural marvels as studio spaces and homes, Dylan works with a collective of several female artists as a decorative painter and designer. In addition to serving her clients, Dylan can be found on a local adventure with her doberman, Kingsley, in tow or traveling abroad to admire foreign landscapes and learning from all the beautiful cultures of the world.
