Anita graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science to complement a double minor. She has been selling real estate for 25 years. Having owned and operated several successful businesses in real estate and construction, Anita has a strong grasp on the real estate industry. Her sales are between 16-18 million dollars per year. Having a 95% referral rate & repeat business she offers excellent customer service that incorporates integrity and honesty. When Anita takes you on as a client she CARES for what is best for you and your family.

A veteran of the real estate industry, she has worked with investors and helped several build a large, profitable portfolio. She’s knowledgeable on modern construction and has represented multiple builders as well as become a co-owner/CFO of an award winning residential building company. Anita has represented several churches in selling and buying their church properties.
In her spare time Anita is very passionate about missions/outreaches & inspiring others. She has lead motivational/inspirational retreats & seminars to help others reach their full potential. Within the local community Anita has lead inner city outreaches that give away thousands of shoes, clothing, food, etc. Anita is also a seasoned speaker to corporate groups & churches
