About Jake
A Miami University (OH) alumni, Jake began his career in real estate managing his relative's rental property portfolio while growing up in Milwaukee, WI and has since brokered 400+ combined residential and commercial deals after obtaining his license in 2013. Jake and his team, the Millennium Group, have received numerous awards and recognitions by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as a Top Producing Team and by Chicago Real Producers as a Top 500 broker in Chicago.
Jake has an extensive familiarity with the city and has closed a wide variety of sales transactions including commercial retail space, multifamily buildings, condos, townhomes, single-family homes, new construction, and land, and has executed both residential and commercial leases.
