Spring is in the Air

When you look out your window, 
what do you see right now? 
Open sky, the mountains, a body of water, 
a beautiful stand of trees, a cityscape or a highway.  
Whatever you look at everyday while in your home sanctuary 
is incredibly important to your quality of life.  

What view do you wish you had?

When you find yourself daydreaming 
of a different view, you're not alone.  
In fact, one primary reason people move is to "change their scenery". 
 If you desire something new that is inspiring, visually pleasing, 
or emotionally soothing, let yourself go with that feeling
 and see where the desire takes you.

We would love to hear what you're dreaming of.

WA State Passes Bill 
to Increase Housing Inventory 

The Washington state House of Representatives recently
 passed a bill that would legalize duplexes or four-plexes in almost every neighborhood of every city in Washington, potentially bringing an end to local zoning rules that limit large swaths of cities to only single-family homes. This change would mean more density in many of our nieghborhoods.
