Good morning everyone,
Coming from the complicated world of international real estate investment, I thought becoming a realtor in Vermont would be straightforward. As it turns out, I had plenty of surprises in store!
My very first sale threw me for a loop. What started as a simple For Sale By Owner turned into me helping my client both sell their home AND buy a new one at the same time. Talk about learning to swim by jumping into the deep end! But here's the thing—that crazy first experience taught me that sometimes the most challenging approach can actually work out best for my clients.
And this is what I will be sharing with you in this month's video. I'll walk you through three different ways to handle buying and selling: selling first (the "safe" route), buying first (the brave route), or doing both at once (what I like to call the "advanced" route).
