Hello, October!

The autumn foliage sweeps across Chester County and spooky decorations pop up all over the place. Sure signs that autumn is here and Halloween is just around the corner. From seasonal treats like pumpkin everything to hayrides and haunted houses, there is so much to do in and around our great area this time of year.

Along with the fun comes cold and flu season. While not as scary as the past few years, there's still plenty to look out for. The good news is that most of us are well practiced with keeping ourselves, and those around us, healthy. Washing hands, eating well, staying up to date with vaccines, and drinking plenty of water are a few tips that help our immune systems fight their best fight.

As we gear up for Halloween and the rest of the year, enjoy the amazing opportunities in our area. I'll be out and about, though don't expect candy if you run up and shout 'Trick or Treat!'
