I love a season change in North Carolina. Spring is here and so is the pollen, but the sunshine and warmer temps are here to stay!
I have talked to several of you about buying and selling this Spring. Just remember, if you need to sell before you buy, we need to prepare now. That way when you find the home you want to purchase, we are ready for the selling side and this significantly lowers your stress. If you plan to sell and then rent while you look, May-July are the best times for rental leases to come open, so planning NOW is the time! If you don’t have to sell and are just home shopping, each week we are seeing more inventory so Spring Real Estate season is here, and we are thrilled to see more options!
