From NYC to Northern Westchester, love is in the air. In the city, the High Line is one of my favorite locations for inspiration - the collaboration of nature, art, and design is breathtaking (it doesn’t get any better than Dutch landscape and planting designer Piet Oudolf, more below). You can walk the full length of the Highline, from the Gansevoort/Washington Street to 34th Street, or enter/exit from multiple points along the way (see entry/exit points below).

Sage + Sound is a wellness destination on the Upper East Side (1481 3rd Avenue/83rd Street) that offers a menu of services and classes in the self-care and personal development zone. I recently attended their evening candlelit meditation class and it was fantastic! Weighted blankets can be used during the session, which I highly recommend to enhance relaxation.
