Welcome December!

As 2022 comes to a close, it's time to indulge in the festive spirit and share stories with your community. We are grateful for our community - our family, friends, clients, vendors and neighbors - and will raise a toast to you this holiday season. 

The housing market, as typical this time of year, has slowed a bit. 
As we start December, we see extra inventory compared to last year at this time and welcome the return of buyers to the market.
