“How is the Real Estate market?” That seems to be the question that I often get asked. My answer is, “The market in Sea Isle City is strong”. I personally have 5 units that are scheduled to close in the next 30-45 days. 233 54th East and West, 230 40th West, 209 38th East and 110 88th Street were recently put under contract. The key is to put an accurate and fair value on the property. The demand to be in Sea Isle is still as strong as ever. It’s a great place to call your home or second home! Fairly priced properties are still selling. |

That being said I have switched to US Bank. US Bank is the 5th largest bank in the country and has an extensive product line, which I will be sharing in future newsletters.
