Balmy Alley is a small alley that is home to the most concentrated collection of murals in the city of San Francisco. The earliest murals in the alley date to 1972, painted by Mia Galivez and children in a child care center. The alley is best viewed on foot- either by yourself or on a guided tour. The alley is constantly changing with new murals going up all the time.
