As we "fall" into November, a month filled with gratitude and anticipation for the holiday season, we reflect on the milestones we've achieved and the many exciting opportunities still on the horizon.

There is a noticeable energy in the Orlando real estate market heading into the year's final months, with buyers and sellers hoping to secure year-end transactions and enjoy a fresh start to 2025.

Noteworthy in November, I will be spending a week in Charleston, South Carolina to attend my 3rd Compass REtreat!

Having lived there post-college, I always love visiting one of my favorite places and cannot wait to once again spend time with so many Compass friends and referral partners!

November ushers in the opportunity to embrace change, express gratitude, and prepare for what's to come.

Veterans Day Parade

Saturday, November 09th

11am - 1pm

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and his Veterans Advisory Council will honor the brave men and women of the armed forces at the 25th annual City of Orlando Veterans Day Parade in downtown Orlando. This year's theme, "A Legacy of Loyalty and Service," celebrates the 25th anniversary of this most memorable parade.

The Basket Brigade Florida aims to be a "Secret Santa" for Thanksgiving, offering hope and showing up as friends helping friends in need.

Join me in supporting this annual Central Florida charitable endeavor! Volunteers are invited to donate, decorate, and deliver food-filled boxes to families needing a Thanksgiving feast. This heartwarming event supports families in Orange and Seminole Counties.

Gather your children, families, friends, teams, and co-workers to participate. Basket Brigade provides free 16x12x12 boxes at Seacoast Bank locations in Seminole, Lake, and Orange counties. Fill boxes with designated items and return them to any Seacoast Bank by Tuesday, November 19th. A drive-through will also be available, allowing you to deliver to up to five families!
