This month kicks off the season that we Pac Northwesters look forward to all year long. As high pressure systems grace us with their presence, we can count on the sunsets being beautiful, the days lasting forever and the play is plenty. You're likely off to enjoy the many activities that our region has to offer.

On the small chance that you're thinking about the housing market,   there are 3 basic things you need to know locally.  (1) Housing inventory is tight, (2) prices are relatively strong and (3) demand for housing is still incredibly strong.

With debt ceiling deal seemingly out of the way, mortgage rates are hovering just under 7%. The good news for home buyers looking for a mortgage is that long term rates have stabilized and most likely will ease in the coming weeks. Home sellers will also benefit from stable mortgage rates.  Expect the housing market to give the slight edge to home sellers this summer. We are still seeing multiple buyers interested in most homes for sale.

Logan Graduates High School 

The second of our graduations occurs this month with Logan earning his diploma 
and closing the chapter on his high school achievements and adventures. 
He made the honor roll several semesters and swept in recognition 
from his team (MVP) and the league (1st team and Defensive MVP). 

We're incredibly proud of our Lancer alum 
and look forward to him settling into Boulder in August!
