| Month To Date Market activity variance is evident, with King County showing an increase in pending sales compared to the same time last month, while Snohomish County has experienced a slight decline despite strong summer performance. Pierce County remains relatively stable. Active inventory reflects these variances, influenced by current workplace conditions. |

| Week Over Week Active inventory has remained relatively stable, with a drop in new listings and an increase in buyers compared to the previous week. Days on market have slightly decreased, while the median active price has risen again, and the median sale price remains stable. |
