| We know; there's usually a picture here! What's with the words? Well, we figured that the April newsletter coming out on April 30th deserved some 'splainin'. April has been busy, busy, busy. We've prepped two gorgeous condos to go on the market; helped buyers put in offers in a very competitive environment—some successful, some still searching for the perfect place; and dealt with some interesting and unusual situations (they'll be in our forthcoming tell-all real estate exposé, published well after we retire). So thank you for your patience, and read on for helpful tips on keeping your home, both inside and out, happy and healthy. |
| | | | | This (literal) grassroots movement to stop or reduce mowing until the end of May gives our local pollinators the sustenance they need to stay healthy. And when our pollinators are full of dandelion nectar, and have safe places to hide until the weather is consistently warm, they can do their job and continue the cycle of life for a diverse range of plant life. If you've not yet joined the movement, think about what mowing you can let go of in order to feed 23 species of bees in Massachusetts. And if you're already participating, spread the word to your friends and neighbors! Heck, spread the word to your enemies too! Learn more by visiting Bee City USA's website here. |

| | | How many of us were told, “Get outside for some fresh air!” by a grumpy caretaker when we were kids? It turns out those adults may have been on to something, because in many cases, the air we breathe indoors is decidedly not fresh. Our latest blog shares information and tips for purifying indoor spaces and fostering healthier living environments. Learn more here, and say farewell to stagnant air and hello to a revitalized home atmosphere! And watch the video above for another way in which synthetic materials in your home can be hazardous to your health...it's a shocker. |
