Winter Wonderland Manhattan’s Rooftop at Pier 17 has been turned into an immersive Winter Wonderland Village for December. It features a rooftop skating rink, and indoor/outdoor bar serving hot cocoa, eggnog, hot toddies, and snacks, plus private cabins (ft. TVs and heaters) for intimate dinners. Looks like a blast! |

Interest Rates We just saw a 30-year fixed rate jumbo loan (a typical loan product for a NYC buyer) for 6.25% from a well-known lender. We're even seeing some lenders offer sub-6% rates to some borrowers. That's a lot better than the rates in the vicinity of 8% you might have seen in headlines. The rates you hear about in the media are generally higher than what we pay here in the city. (More Info) |

The Martin Eiden Team in conjunction with Compass Sports and Entertainment and Kelly Robinson hosted two days of events for Art Basel this year. Exclusive meet-and-greets with artists, cocktail parties, live performances, top shelf open bars, and luxurious giveaways. It was an absolute blast! From Yoga practice at Souk Studio pop-up at the Miami Beach Edition with owner Rima Rabbath to Gambo giving us an incredible show at Taglialatella Gallery and Byblos. It was amazing meeting Geoffrey Frid Compass - LA and Michael Palagonia of Apollo Private Jets and Brett Harmeling of VeriJet, and Justin Pfeifer of Wells Fargo Mortgage. |
