It's NOT all bad out there. Last month we showed you statistically that buyers are back and that holds true for February numbers as well. Closings were up 45% and 37% MoM in Davidson and Williamson counties respectively. We also saw an increase in properties going under contract in both counties while the number of new listings were slightly down to flat. 

What does this mean for you? Demand outweighs Supply. The crème de la crème are selling and selling quickly.
