I LOVE company! When Matt and I were considering a relocation from San Francisco, it was imperative we lived somewhere our family and friends would want to visit. Nashville sure fits the bill! 🥂 This past weekend we did it up in Music City, showing my cousin and her bff our East Nashville haunts, eating well, and putting our dancing shoes on for the lower lights of Broadway. We listened to fabulous live music, covers of the legends of country music to 90's rock and hit up some rooftop DJ sets. It's so FUN to live here with all of these different moments of opportunity. Opportunity. It's there for the pickin' - it just takes action! We are RIPE with it here. What's your dream? Odds are pretty good you could start that restaurant, build that house, start that company here in Middle Tennessee - easier than a lot of other cities I'd argue. That's what happens when a city is buzzin! There's growth and it's intoxicating! Larry Ellison is seizing on it, having his moment with the announcement the new Oracle Campus in River North will be the company's WORLD headquarters! Famous restauranteur Will Guidara (love his book, Unreasonable Hospitality btw) and his wife Christina Tosi (of Milk Bar fame) just closed on an historic 1890 mansion around the corner from us...hey neighbors!!! What they will bring to the culinary scene here is intriguing to say the least. The numbers are showing folks down in Williamson county are having their moment too. The number of properties going under contract was up roughly 18% MoM there. Nashville stayed flat MoM in that department, but recorded an 8% increase in sold properties and added some new inventory. WilCo added inventory too. Maybe it's time to pay us a visit?! If you haven't been here in a sec, plan a trip. Fall is gorg!
