2022 - Here We Go! |

2 weeks into 2022 and based on what we've experienced thus far, what a wild ride we think this year will be! First, we hope each of you had a great holiday and are starting the year out healthy and prosperous. We continue to focus on our families vitality. Look down below for some tips to maintain a healthy home. Second, we think the housing market in the Seattle and Eastside areas will again be a predominately sellers market with local area inventory at historical lows, leading to higher prices. Speaking of lows, interest rates are still historically low. The rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage is 3.51%. Mortgage rates have risen since the beginning of the year and forecasted to bump near 4% by year end. If you are considering a move or refinance, now is the time to start exploring your options. Finally, THANK YOU! The Trey Danna Team accomplished $21M is sales and 20 transactions in 2021. We helped 11 clients sell for an average of 6.3% over asking price and 9 buyers find their place in the world. 2022 Polar Bear Plunge |

Our first annual Polar Plunge was a huge success! With 10 plungers + 6 supporters in person and 30+ on IG LIVE, we dipped into the cold water at 2:17 p.m. (high tide) on January 1. After the splash, we warmed up by a bonfire and enjoyed Trey's tradition of black eyed peas with venison sausage sourced from the family ranch. We look forward to the #2023ColdWaterPlunge at SilverStar. 🎉 |
