Sooooooo, been a little busy and didn't have time to get my newsletter out last week because I have my first listing! It's been quite a ride, ever since joining Compass and trying to consistently promote myself to you all, to prove that I can do this ... and it actually worked! A work acquaintance called me up to discuss his family home, after getting my newsletters. It's a home that has an incredibly sentimental story and an even more jaw dropping 180 degree view from Long Beach to Griffith Park. It's an amazing and eccentric property and, after just being listed, has even been one of the most popular Los Angeles homes on Realtor.com this week!
If you are interested in touring it, please contact me for an appointment... see below for more information.

Just Listed!
3 bed | 2 bath | 1621 sqft | 9600 sqft double lot
Awe-inspiring 180 degree views from Long Beach to Griffith Park can be seen from this Glassell Park fixer with lap sized pool, on a 9600 sq ft double lot. Incredible opportunity to remodel the existing 3 bedrooms, 2 bath two-story house, divide the 2 lots and build two separate homes, or create your dream home on top of one of the area's best view streets. Close to Mt. Washington, Atwater, Eagle Rock Blvd, and Highland Park's York Blvd's trendy shopping and coffee shops/restaurants. 2 beds, 1 bath downstairs with a master suite on the 2nd floor, all with ample light and breathtaking views. Sit on the large porch, spanning the entire length of the house, and view the sunset while watching the city lights sparkle from downtown LA's skyline, with perfect viewing of Friday night fireworks at Dodger stadium. This hilltop home is filled with architectural and historical significance as well, built in 1960 by Carleton Ralston, an eccentric and iconic self-trained architect, and LA Building Inspector. The house sits at the top of Maricopa Drive, the highest house on the street, and shows an ode to Frank Lloyd Wright's love of cinderblock, creating a mid-century look that could be brought back to life with the right buyer. Bring your contractors and architects and see the artistic qualities of this NELA home and all the potential it has to offer.

The Ravenseye House 21056 Las Flores Mesa Dr. Malibu, CA 90265
3 bed | 3 bath | 4,170 sqft | 43,627 sqft lot $9,500,000
Nestled on a quiet hillside overlooking Las Flores Beach, the grandiose structure was designed by influential architect Harry Gesner for American playwright Jerome Lawrence. The futuristic pad was designed by the larger-than-life architect in 1997, and it even comes with a vintage Airstream trailer. According to the Los Angeles Times, Gesner—who is now 95 and commonly referred to as the Modern Maverick of Malibu—was tapped to create the modernist abode shortly after Lawrence lost his home in the 1993 Old Topanga fire. As a result, he designed the home with steel-wire panels, sprayed with concrete, to help it withstand future natural disasters. Listed by Dustin Nicholas of Nicholas Property Group
